Should you be a firefighter, teacher, medical technician or law enforcement professional you can use this program and benefit from a 50% discount of the listing price  of homes available from HUD’s inventory of homes.  You must agree to reside in the home for 3 years and it must be your sole residence. Available homes under this program are within the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) revitalization  areas.  You have to have full time employment under this program.
